Did you inherit a cabin and have no idea where to start? Read about our clients experience below.

A year ago we were appointed Trustees of our friends estate.  Two properties, a  lifetime of things accumulated, and no one to leave them to.  We were literally overwhelmed, where to start, who to call, what to do first, and where to turn.  The Trust was clear what our friends wanted done, but both had succumbed to dementia and the condition of everything in both homes was a horror.  A friend told us of Missy who had started her organizational business.  It was as if a life line had been thrown to us.  We are non stop workers, but the ability of Missy to organize, sort and go through first the condo in Pinetop and then the large home in Tucson made us look lazy by comparison.  She sorted, hauled, knew what was worth saving, and what was not.  Between the three of us we touched every item in both properties.  And after a few weeks had both in good condition and ready for quick sale.  We never could have done it without Missy.  She is trustworthy, over delivers and is such a good friend.  You won't be sorry you called Missy....oh and when the hauling, and throwing out was done, she staged the properties!  What an eye for putting the right item in the right place.  What we were able to accomplish in a few weeks, is unbelievable.
